A ground-up redesign of the MyBlue mobile app for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. The goal was to help members navigate their healthcare with clarity and confidence. The app needed to be "brilliant at the basics."

I was a lead designer on a team of four and stayed with this project end-to-end, from working with our talented UX researchers to implement their foundational and concept testing insights through development handoff. We also delivered a robust design system that gives the internal team a foundation to build on.
